Salon des vins d'importation privée

The 9th edition of the Salon des Vins d’Importation Privée, organized by the Regroupement des agences spécialisées dans la promotion des importations privées des alcools et des vins (RASPIPAV) and presented by the SAQ, will take place from October 29 to 31 at Bonsecours Market in Montreal.

This great annual event, with more than 5000 visitors will present nearly 2,000 privately imported

With over 16 000 references throughout the year, the private import represents 2/3 of the total supply of wine and spirits in Quebec.

This year, Philippe Lapeyrie wine columnist and sommelier will be the official spokesperson of
the Wine Fair. His involvement in the world of wine in Quebec and his unconditional love for

2016 Congress - AAPQ (Association des architectes paysagistes du Québec)

Les Rurbains - Rurban - Rethinking the Boundaries of Landscape

April 1st and 2nd, 2016

A major environmental design event in Québec, the AAPQ’s annual Congress will again this year host speakers, panelists and artists from Québec and abroad to explore a topic that is both complex and inspiring, and that revolves around the issues faced by environmental design professionals.

While the agricultural population in Quebec accounts for just 1% of the total population, and while teleworking makes many professionals independent from major centers, the importance of territories multi-functionality is increasingly recognized, one can observe how several major cities worldwide are declining and how the role of the landscape architect and design professional is being redrawn and is becoming more complex.

Rurban imagines the borders between rural and urban landscapes by exploring interstices landscapes, hybrid and reversed, which while seeking to redefine themselves, carry a history and local culture that need to be asserted in this renewed reality.

An exhibition hall bringing together the network of suppliers connected to environmental design will be accessible for $25 from 10:00 to 15:00 on Friday, April 1st.

Which one has your favourite pattern?
